This Centrifugal Galvanizing Line is suitable for small parts, such as bolts, nuts and other standard fasteners. The production capacity is 15-50 tons per day.

Taking digitalization as core technology, the newly built HDG production line will be a fully closed loop HDG production line, which owns advanced, highly efficient, and world-first inventive production process arrangement. The production line design is optimized with the concept of reduction and recycling.

A robot is used in the area for galvanizing operation; with efficient and stable operation and guaranteed quality, it also eliminates the unsafe factors in the high-temperature operating environment.
The movable galvanizing platform is convenient for slag cleaning, on-site cleaning, and equipment maintenance. It integrates a three-station turntable, centrifugal equipment, and the galvanizing smoke collection hood.
By applying informatization and digitalization, the line automatically accomplishes data collection for product info, location, zinc consumption and operating parameters.
Online centrifugal technology completes zinc basket grabbing, centrifugal and direct excess zinc collection to reduce oxidation rate and ensure quick reuse of excess zinc.
