What services can you provide?
We provide free 2D and 3D design services for customer confirmation, rapid email responses, regular production updates, and full coordination with inspection companies and shipping agencies to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Can I get a sample and how are the charges?
Yes, we can send ready samples for quality testing (shipping cost only), or create custom samples based on your design for a mold fee. If you are not satisfied with our custom samples, we offer a refund of the sample fee.
What is the MOQ and lead time?
Our MOQ is 100pcs per design. Sample lead time is 3-5 days, and mass production typically takes 12-15 days following sample approval and payment, depending on the order quantity.
What are your terms of payment and delivery?
We accept EXW, FOB, and C&F. Payment terms involve pre-paying sample/mold costs, a 30% deposit prior to mass production, and the remaining balance after inspection before shipment.
How do you solve quality problems after sales?
Simply provide clear photos or videos of the issue. We will study the problem and provide a satisfactory solution within 24 hours of confirmation.
