Proximal Femoral Nail System (PFNA) is designed for the fixation of proximal femoral fractures, including intertrochanteric and subtrochanteric fractures.

Medial-lateral angle of 5°, allowing insertion from the top of the greater trochanter.
Flattened proximal lateral design for easier nail insertion.
