The Suture Anchor System consists of an anchor, nonabsorbable suture, and inserter. The anchor is constructed from Ti6Al4V alloy, meticulously designed to meet the rigorous ISO 5832-3:2016 standards. The suture is crafted from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) material, featuring a coating-free, woven structure of multiple UHMWPE yarns in compliance with ASTM F2848-17.
The system includes a blue suture derived from white UHMWPE and dyed with medical-grade blue material (code 73.1015), which is FDA approved. The inserter's contact components are made of stainless steel (ASTM F899-12b), while the ergonomically designed handle is manufactured from high-quality polycarbonate and ABS material to ensure precision during orthopedic procedures.
